This past week was very quiet at Wailea Fairway Villas with no new listings or sales. However, the season has begun and many visitors are looking so stay tuned here for updates. Currently, fourteen units are for sale, a full inventory which represents over 15% of the entire Wailea and Makena inventory. Only one of those units, R-103, is a townhouse unit.  The for sale units are asking an average of $847 per square foot and have been on the market an average of over 100 days.
